A lawyer’s demeanor, temperament and professionalism can help seal a deal or escalate a hotly contested issue.  

Hear from Ron Bienstock, a legendary recording industry attorney and musician, George Dassinger, professor and former head of Publicity for Elektra Records and David Gold, a prominent attorney for arts and entertainment organizations as they explore ethical issues in the entertainment law industry. Together, they will address ethical quandaries faced when negotiating contracts and other transactions, as well as issues arising in the context of potential litigation. Hear specific instances of how professionalism in the face of adversity enabled them to protect their clients and earned the respect of clients and adversaries alike.
